Contact PS5Xbox about a correction
The most useful report identifies one precise statement and supplies evidence that we can review. Include:
- The full URL of the page and the heading or sentence concerned.
- What you believe should change, and why.
- A publicly accessible source, preferably the project author’s documentation or release notes.
- The source date and the relevant version, if the correction depends on a release.
You can use the subject “Correction: [page or topic]” to make the purpose clear. A correction request is reviewed as evidence; receiving one does not automatically turn a claim into a verified result.
Sharing a game observation
If your feedback concerns game behavior, identify the Xbox model, emulator release, game version, settings relevant to the observation and the point reached. Include a timestamp if you refer to a public video.
Explain the scope: reaching a menu, entering a level and completing a game are different observations. If a model or version is unknown, say so. Do not substitute an upstream PC result for an Xbox result. See our evidence labels and testing boundaries before submitting a compatibility claim.
What not to send
Do not send passwords, activation codes, Device Portal credentials, private keys, complete game files, firmware or access to someone else’s account. Remove personal information from logs and screenshots. Send a link to a public source rather than a large attachment whenever possible.
PS5Xbox.com cannot reset Microsoft or PlayStation accounts, activate a console, restore a purchase or provide an official compatibility guarantee. Account problems belong with the relevant platform’s support service. Emulator bug reports should follow the maintainer’s own repository process; this address is for the independent website.
Privacy requests and response expectations
For a request about correspondence or personal information you have provided, state what you want reviewed or deleted and identify the earlier message without sending unnecessary identity documents. We may need enough context to locate the information and avoid acting on another person’s request.
We do not promise an unverified response time. We do not publish your email address as part of a correction. More detail is available in the privacy policy, and the About page explains who publishes this guide.
